Enza was born in Sicily and emigrated with her family to Australia in 1962 where she chose to settle and integrated extremely well in the new land.

Having been in business for 30 years she continued on with her Sicilian culture in Australia - love for food, people and life in general.

She has always maintained her devotion for her far away Island by staying in touch with family, friends, heritage and culture. To keep her passion for sharing Sicilian culture alive, she began teaching Sicilian cooking in 2006. 

In 2007, Enza was diagnosed with cancer and with her family faced the reality that her time was very precious. She had always wanted to lead a tour to Sicily and share her passion for her native culture, so her time quickly became consumed with planning and organising what she thought may be the only tour she would lead. Enza very successfully led the first Savouring Sicily Tour in 2008 & Savouring Sicily was truly born!

Now fully revocered & living cancer-free, Enza continues to lead tours and treats each trip as a celebration of living and of acheiving a dream. 

She invites you to share in what has been her lifelong love, Sicilian culture and heritage.
