Following the success of her Savouring Sicily Cooking Classes, Enza Centorame, led the first Savouring Sicily Tour in 2008 …it was here Savouring Sicily and Beyond was truly born! Now with over 15 years of experience, we have created personalised adventures that reveal the hidden gems of this extraordinary island for over 600 travellers.
Today, every journey is curated by Enza’s grandson, Italian born Cultural Ambassador, Thomas Zerbinotto, who tailor each tour to the interests of the small intimate tour groups (6-8 people), ensuring an experience that’s truly unique and unforgettable.
Local Expertise
Born in Italy and raised in Australia, Thomas has spent his life living between the two countries and been raised with a deep connection to his heritage. Thomas spent his childhood in the kitchen alongside his Noni, Enza, where his love for food and hospitality was born. This early influence guided him to become a renowned chef and sommelier, combining his expertise with a heartfelt appreciation for Italy’s culinary and cultural treasures. Today, Thomas channels his love for food, Italian heritage, and exceptional hospitality into every tour he leads. He believes in treating every guest like family, crafting each experience as though welcoming you into his own home. With Thomas at the helm, your journey promises to be a blend of genuine warmth, exquisite flavours, and unforgettable memories.
