Enza was born in Sicily and emigrated with her family to Australia in 1962 where she chose to settle and integrated extremely well in the new land. Having been in business for 30 years she continued on with her Sicilian culture in Australia- love for food, people and life in general. She has still maintained her devotion for her far away Island, family and friends which she keeps very much alive by staying in touch with her people, heritage and culture with the cooking and regular tours of Savouring Sicily.
