Cooking Classes
Enza offers Sicilian cooking classes in the Northern Beaches of Cairns
An accomplished Sicilian cook, Enza's love for fine Sicilian dishes was nurtured by her grandmother, who ran a general store in the village of Raddusa. The store had an array of home grown vegetables, herbs, spices, freshly cooked foods, a pharmacy and anything else she could find to sell to the local community, which was very entrepreneurial for a woman of those times.
Enza enjoys sharing her Sicilian heritage through cooking classes taught in various locations around the northern beaches of Cairns, Australia.

All cooking class participants enjoy their meal with a glass of wine and a coffee and will leave with complete recipes to take home and practice.
​
Private classes in the comfort of your own kitchen (minimum 8) are available. This is a great option for a birthday celebration or dinner party!
